Details to Confirm Before Installation
Material suitability: Flooring products have different requirements for moisture exposure, traffic, cleaning, and installation. Product selection is reviewed for the intended area.
Matching existing materials: Original flooring may be discontinued or vary between production batches. A localized replacement may not exactly match the surrounding floor.
Furniture and equipment: Moving, storing, disconnecting, or reconnecting furniture, appliances, and equipment must be identified in the agreed scope.
Property requirements: Condominiums and managed buildings may have approval, sound-control, delivery, and work-hour requirements. Share these before materials are selected.
Installation timing: Preparation, product acclimation where required, adhesives, grout, and other materials can affect installation and return-to-use schedules.

Can new flooring be installed over the existing floor?

Can I supply my own flooring?
