Evaluation and repair planning for damaged building components and areas requiring improvement. We review visible conditions and explain any additional investigation or access needed.
Drywall, Wall Repairs & Painting
Drywall removal and replacement, wall repairs, surface preparation and painting as part of a defined repair or improvement project.
Bathroom & Kitchen Improvements
Coordination of bathroom and kitchen improvements, including proposed finishes, fixtures, repairs and related plumbing or mechanical work.
Flooring & Interior Finishes
Installation and replacement planning for flooring, tile, trim and other interior finishes. We review existing surfaces, preparation needs and selected materials with you.
Facility Repairs & Project Coordination
Support for property managers and facility teams handling repairs and planned improvements. We coordinate the work sequence, access requirements and trades included in the scope.
Mechanical & Plumbing Coordination
PRT also holds mechanical and plumbing contractor licenses. When a project includes these services, our team can discuss their coordination within the overall scope.
